FULLY COOKED MESQUITE SMOKED BEEF BRISKET

SERVING AND HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS

We hope that you enjoy this Texas Mesquite Smoked Beef Brisket.

Following is helpful serving information to ensure your satisfaction.

Packing Materials:

Keep small children away from packing materials.

The ice chest container should be opened immediately upon arrival and food contents placed in the refrigerator or freezer. The brisket was shipped frozen from our plant and should arrive semi-frozen or cool to the touch. Packing materials may be thrown away.

Shelf Life:

Meats - The refrigerated shelf life is approximately 3 weeks unopened in the refrigerator since it is vacuum sealed. Frozen brisket may be kept for up to 12 months unopened. Smokey Bacon BBQ Sauce – Sauce may be stored in the pantry until opened then it should be refrigerated.

Brisket Serving Instructions:

• The brisket is fully cooked and smoked with Mesquite wood.

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees

• Remove wrapper from thawed brisket and place in a baking pan

• In a bowl mix ½ cup water and ½ cup of Smokey Bacon BBQ Sauce then pour it over the brisket.

• Cover the brisket tightly with foil and bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 ½ hours. (Approximately 15 minutes per pound of brisket)

• If additional items are being heated at the same time in the oven, allow additional cooking time.

• Remove from oven and serve the extra sauce on the side.
