16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 small can sliced black olives
1/3 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1/3 cup sliced green onions, including tops
1/2 Jar Chef Sevys Sweet Ancho Chile Relish
Heat oven to 350 degress. Coat a 9-inch or 10-inch pan with nonstick spray. Beat cream cheese and 1/2 of the Ancho Chile Relish until smooth. Spread in bottom of prepared pan. Sprinkly cheese, olives and bacon over cream cheese. Spread remaining Ancho Chile Relish over top. bake 8 to 10 minutes or just until warm. Remove from oven; let stand 5 to 10 minutes. Top with Green onions and serve dip with crackers or chips.
