Caramelized Onions - Sauteed Chicken
Serves: 6

Ingredients:

6 chicken breast halves (about 2 1/2 pounds)
1 tablespoon canola oil
Salt and black pepper as desired
1/3 cup dry white wine
1 Jar Canyon's Caramelized Onions
1/4 tsp. dried thyme

Heat canola oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper and place in skillet and brown the chicken on both sides. Add wine to chicken and reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer until the internal temperature of the chicken is at least 160 degrees. Remove from skillet and keep warm. Add the Caramelized Onions and dried thyme to the hot skillet and heat them up. About 2 minutes. Arrange the chicken on serving plates and top with Canyon's Caramelized Onions.
