Ingredients:
2 Pounds ground beef (70/30 is the juiciest)
Season salt or regular salt
Garlic powder
Black pepper
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce(Lea & Perrins is the best)
4 Large hamburger buns, split
1 Jar Canyon's Caramelized Onions
1/2 Cup Canyon's All Fired Up!
Optional Hamburger Toppings: Cheddar or Blue Cheese
In a mixing bowl mix together the ground beef, seasoned salt, garlic powder and worcestershire sauce. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions. Lightly shape ground beef into four patties, (they need to be larger than the bun, since the meat will shrink while cooking). Place patties on grill over medium, ash-covered coals or use a gas grill. Grill, uncovered, turning after about 4 minutes. Continue to grill until an internal temperature of 160 degrees is reached. It should be slightly pink in the center. While the meat is grilling the buns can also be heated on the grill over low heat. To assemble the hamburger - place 2 tablespoons of Canyon's All Fired Up! on the bottom bun, then add the hamburger patty, then add 1 to 2 tablespoons of Canyon's Caramelized Onions and top with the top bun which also has 1 tablespoon of All Fired Up spread on it. Top with cheese, if desired.
